History
Since 1845 (Vista with 1837) characterises Ramón Allones the Habano world: Mature tobacco, Boxes of 25, Lithography, 8-9-8, Cigar ring. Change of ownership from Jesús Vales about Frankau until Cifuentes - and a Continuous production into the New Partagás manufactory (2012).

The current logo of the Ramón Allones brand, richly illustrated with crowns, coats of arms and lions: Ramón Allones was the first to have these colourful lithographs printed on his boxes.

Special formats of the Ramón Allones brand are always available as Edición Limitadas and, as they are strictly limited and only ever available in one country, they are highly sought-after: here is the Edición Regional Alemania Sr Henry, issued to mark the 90th birthday of Heinrich Villiger.

A current Ramón Allones box: We have Ramón Allones to thank for the fact that the crates are still decorated with beautiful and elaborate lithographs today. Each crate thus becomes a jewellery box.

Factories where Ramón Allones brand cigars were made, 1/5: The first address, Calle Animas No. 129 (later the neighbouring building, No. 131, was added). Production began there around 1845, perhaps even earlier.

Factories where Ramón Allones brand cigars were made, 1/5: Romeo y Julieta brand cigars were later made on Calle Animas No. 129 from 1899. The houses are all quite narrow, which is why there are often manual lifts outside, as here.

Factories where Ramón Allones brand cigars were made, 2/5: Allones sold the brand to Jesús Vales in 1899. From then on, Ramón Allones brand cigars were produced at Calle Galiano No. 98 until 1911.

Factories where Ramón Allones brand cigars were made, 2/5: Calle Galiano (also known as Avenida Italia) is now a lively street in Centro Habana. In the former factory of the Ramón Allones brand under the former owner Jesús Valle, there are many small shops on the ground floor.

Factories where Ramón Allones brand cigars were made, 3/5, Calle Zanja No. 62: In 1911, the British company Frankau (part owner of today's British Habanos importer Hunters & Frankau) bought the Ramón Allones brand.

Factories where Ramón Allones brand cigars were made, 5/5: The Ramón Allones brand has been firmly associated with the Partagás brand for around 100 years, currently in the factory on Calle San Carlos No.816. Today it is the Partagás factory, before that it was the factory of the El Rey del Mundo brand.
